Gather family, friends, and loved ones for an Easter lunch, where tradition and good food go hand in hand.

Our Easter lunch is carefully composed, and you can look forward to authentic, Danish Easter food.

Served as a buffet in 4 servings.

1st serving
Marinated herring and curry salad
Hand-peeled shrimps with mayonnaise and soft-boiled eggs
Brøndums fish salad with herbs

2nd serving
Plaice fillet with remoulade and lemon
Warm liver pâté with smoked bacon
Danish meatballs with pickled beets and cucumber salad

3rd serving
Roast lamb with vegetables and red wine sauce
Corn-fed chicken with spring greens and sauce supreme
Pointed cabbage salad
Marinated potatoes

Traditional apple cake
Lemon tart with burnt meringue
